1. Eligibility

You must be 14 or older to create a profile. Parents and coaches may create or manage minor profiles under their account.

2. Usernames and Profile URLs

Usernames also serve as profile URLs. They must:

  1. Use only lowercase letters and numbers (no symbols).
  2. Contain at least one letter.
  3. Not use brand names, teams, or impersonate others.
  4. Be something personal and unique (e.g., niko2009).
  5. Your first username is auto-generated; you can change it after your first post.

We may remove or suspend accounts for violating username rules.

ThatMo.com is intended only for amateur or young athletes to showcase their sports skills.

6. Content Protection & Unauthorized Use

All media uploaded to ThatMo.com remains the property of the original uploader.

Downloading, copying, scraping, or reposting any media from ThatMo.com without the explicit permission of the content owner is strictly prohibited.

Reposting content from ThatMo.com on third-party platforms (including but not limited to social media, blogs, or entertainment accounts) without permission is a violation of our Terms and may result in legal action.

We actively monitor for unauthorized use and will take appropriate action, including DMCA takedown requests, reporting to platforms, or legal escalation if necessary.

If you believe your content has been stolen from ThatMo.com and posted elsewhere, please contact us immediately at Legal Department.

7. Music in Videos

You may add music to your videos only if you own the rights or have obtained proper licensing. Uploading content with unlicensed music may result in removal of the content. Make sure to use original tracks, licensed audio, or royalty-free music to avoid violations.

8. License Grant

By uploading content, you grant ThatMo.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing or promotional purposes. You may deactivate any uploaded media anytime.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Our servers are hosted in Delaware, USA.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Florida, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association®.

17. Limitation of Liability

ThatMo.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThatMo.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community.
